the CC® International Coaching Diploma

What CCA is looking for in the diploma exam: the student is competent in facilitating Professional Coaching according to the ICF core competencies and Consciiousness Coaching^®’s add-ons. Furthermore CCA is looking for the student being accomplished in their Coach-being and competent in the CC^® Awareness Creations (ACs).

NB: to enter, train up and participate in the exam process of acquiring the International Diploma in Professional Consciousness Coaching^® the Master III student needs to register and purchase the CCA exam component from the CC^® representative in their area.

The examinations are facilitated via Skype and consist of 3 parts:

1. written (50 minutes)
   you have to answer 26 questions (some multiple choice). The pass mark is 80%. You will receive your written exam results within 48-72 hours. On successfully passing your written exam, you will be invited to enter your oral exam. The written exam is a closed book exam.
   
   
2. oral (35 minutes)
   in the oral exam/skill demonstration you are given a coaching session scenario with a client (represented as a CCA role player). The CCA examiner will look for you demonstrating your skills according to ICF PCC core competencies levels and CC^® being and doing criteria.
   
   
3. assessment and feedback (20 minutes)
   You shall receive feedback and the total exam result either immediately after your oral exam or within 48-72 hrs after that.

Requirements for entering the diploma exam

• given a minimum of 8 paid coaching sessions to a client
• given a minimum of 8 coaching sessions to your CC^® student peer coach partners
• received a minimum of 8 coaching sessions from your CC^® student peer coach partners and/or an accredited CCA coach (i.e. MII 6CS coach, CC^® PCC, CC^® MCC).
• accomplished 6 observed coaching sessions (OCS)
• accomplished 3 peer-observed coaching sessions (PEER-OCS).

Note: according to our terms & conditions one diploma examination is included in your CC^® exam component. Any retake of the exam or parts of the exam will be subject of charge (approx. €100/ R1000 examination fee).

The following information has to be submitted 5 days before your date of exam:

1. Consciousness Coaching^® logbook pages and protocols of 8 coaching sessions you have given to your student coach partner.
2. Consciousness Coaching^® protocols of 8 coaching sessions you have received from your student peer coach partner or an accredited CCA coach (i.e. MII 6CS coach, CC^® PCC, CC^® MCC).
3. Consciousness Coaching^® logbook pages and protocols of 8 coaching sessions you have given to your paying clients.
4. Logbook table (session number & date, name of client, name of assessor, venue and method e.g.f2f or video conferencing, duration) of all given and received coaching sessions and OCSs.
5. The 6 OCS assessment forms signed off by the CCA OCS assessor.
6. The OCS assessment protocols of your 3 PEER-OCS.
7. Testimonial in writing from one of your student coach partners.
8. Testimonial in writing from one of your paying clients.
9. A completed outline of your personal coaching model or a statement that you choose to use the Consciousness Coaching^® model.

Submission format:

All documentation must be scanned and submitted via email latest 5 calendar days prior to your scheduled written exam date to CCA Head of the Director of Training Office and Exam Coordinator – Violetta Pleshakova – This email address is being protected from spambots. Important: please submit all your documents IN ONE EMAIL, as one archive/folder. Please label the archive with your full name and current year. Inside the archive, please label the documents clearly. Avoid sending documents one by one, rather combine single protocols and forms by category in one file, as follows: Paid coaching sessions client, Coaching sessions peer, Coaching sessions received, OCS, Peer OCS, Testimonials, Statement of using the CC model. Example: in Paid coaching sessions client, the PDF file must contain all protocols and logbooks of the 8 coaching sessions given to paying clients, all in sequence and in one file.

You will receive confirmation of receipt of your documents within 72 hours from submission date. Please allow this time for CCA to check and file your documentation.
Note 1: all submitted documentation will not be returned! It will be stored safely on CCA's server (as it is required by SETA and the ICF). So make sure you have your own copies of everything.
Note 2: Examinations are facilitated frequently. The written exam is facilitated for all students at the same time on the day scheduled for the written exam. Those students who achieve a pass in the written exam are scheduled for the oral exam at a specified date and time.

Qualification & Publication

On successfully passing the written and oral exam you are qualified as a "Diploma Professional Consciousness Coach^®" and you will receive your diploma certificate as a high resolution PDF form via email within 7 days.

You will also be added to the overall list of CC^® Coaches on the CCA website www.consciousnesscoachingacademy.com. Personalized listing with your picture, text and contact possibility on the coach referral pages of the CCA and CC^® websites is only available if the student becomes an accredited Consciousness Coach^® on one of these 3 quality levels:

OCS - Observed coaching sessions (OCS) requirements

1. In order to fulfil the requirements of the diploma exam entry you need to have accomplished 6 observed coaching sessions (OCS).
2. Technical info: if not f2f, then ideally live via Skype (audio + video) or, if bandwidth is not sufficient, then audio only. Alternatively: send a CD with a video recorded session to the assessor.
3. For your OCS you need to have available your coaching material, protocols and a filled out Consciousness Coaching^® logbook page.
4. These sessions are going to be assessed and feedback given so you have an immediate learning benefit.
5. Note: Once you have booked an OCS you are obligated to take it. Cancellations can only be accepted 24 hours prior to the scheduled time; after that the OCS counts as taken. If you need to book OCSs beyond the 6 included sessions you can do so for charge.
6. OCSs with a paying client cannot be counted as one of the required 8 coaching sessions with a paying client at the same time.
7. You cannot use another student as an OCS client.
8. CCA needs to see you coaching with a minimum of 2 clients (preferably 3).
9. Your OCS client doesn’t have to be a paying client.
